Go whole hog, with the ultimate BBQ scholar package May 24th- 26th! The fun begins with welcome evening beer reception on May 24th to get the juices flowing followed by 2-days of hands-on classroom learning from some of the top BBQ experts from across the country. Students will roll-up their sleeves to experience hands-on curriculum including carcass carving, spice and sauce formulation, and different cooking methods to play on natural flavors, and plenty of samples along the way! Whether novice or pro, you’ll need a notepad and plenty of napkins to get through this course.
